Is Northstar Pathology lab approved by Government to do Covid testing ?

YES! Northstar Pathology Labs is accredited by NABL, which is considered as the Gold Standard for Lab accreditation in India. National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) is an autonomous body under the aegis of the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, and is registered under the Societies Act. The international standard currently followed by NABL is ISO 15189, specific for medical laboratories.

Do you check Covid related tests as well? What all pathology tests Northstar Pathology Labs provide?

Yes. Northstar is a fully equipped to do most Tests Under-One-Roof in Haematology, Biochemistry, Immuno assay and Clinical Pathology. We have the most advanced facilities for performing infectious diseases of molecular pathology including Covid-19.

I want to visit Northstar Labs. What are the timings?

The Lab is operational between 8 am till 8 pm IST. Northstar Lab is committed to serve its clients in the best possible way. The lab timings are also visible on the main home page of our website www.northstarlabs.in

Our call centre no. +91 8488 014 015 is available for both WhatsApp messages and voice calling. In Northstar, customer satisfaction and feedback are extremely critical & we aspire to work on them as fast as possible. What is the testing process? Do I need to book it before reaching to your Lab?

At the start, you can book a testing slot online on our website www.northstarlabs.in After that, you just need to reach our centrally located Lab at “Northstar Pathology Labs, Basement, N Block, Mondeal Business Park, Near Gurudwara, S G Highway, Ahmedabad 380054” & simply show your booking confirmation code

After confirmation, you will be directed toward sample collection Room and Northstar’s trained and experienced Phlebotomists will collect the sample. This entire process will be completed with utmost safety precautions and minimum contact of people to minimize all the risks.

Does Northstar also provide Home Collection facility? What is the process to book?

YES! Northstar aims to serve its clients in every possible way. You can book a Home collection by simply sending a WhatsApp message OR calling on our call centre no. +91 8488 014 015 OR by visiting our website www.northstarlabs.inJust follow the steps and your home collection will be booked in a jiffy.

I do not want to wait in a crowded place. Can I pre-book my walk-in visit at Northstar so that I do not have to wait there?

Yes. At NorthStar Labs, we value your time. You can visit our website www.northstarlabs.in OR WhatsApp us OR call us on +91 8488 014 015 and pre-book a slot for walk-in visit as well. You will be assigned a specific time schedule and a booking confirmation code will be shared with you so that you do not have to wait for long hours for sample collection.

I have already booked a Home Collection. How to check the time for your Phlebotomist’s visit at my home?

Thanks for giving us a chance to serve you. Your home collection visit request reaches to phlebotomists as soon as you book an appointment, and they try to arrive at the address at the earliest. All our Phlebotomists are highly trained and experienced. To ensure your availability at that time, they would call you before reaching your house.

How do I know if my report is ready? Where would I get that report?

Once your report is generated, you will be informed through SMS, WhatsApp, and Mail. You will get a PDF report, which can be easily shared with others like your family or doctors.

At any time, you can check the status of your report through WhatsApp (+91 8488 014 015).

You can also check and download your past reports by logging into our website www.northstarlabs.in.

I want to get my entire family tested for Covid. Can I book only 1 home visit for all of us?

YES. As per Government directive, registration of all patients for Covid 19 testing are compulsory, however samples of all patients of a family can be taken in single home visit. For instance, if there are four family members, we will take home visit charge of Rs 900 of one patient & Rs 700 (without home visit charge) in case of other family members.

Do I need to mention separate mobile numbers for all 4 suspected patients in my family / office?

While booking home visit, single mobile number is sufficient. However, mobile numbers of each patient (if available) is needed at the time of registration.

Can I book for my entire family in one transaction?

Yes. Home visit of all family members can be booked in one transaction.

How will I know if the booking is placed successfully?

Once your booking is confirmed, Northstar Labs will send you a WhatsApp message/SMS. We will send you an e-mail as well. You can also check the same in the "My Orders" section.

I have completed my booking. What’s next?

After you have completed the booking, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email and SMS with order details. Post that, our home collection team will call you to confirm a mutually convenient sample collection time.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. Northstar believe in complete openness, transparency & trust. The amount shown to you at the time of booking confirmation is the amount that we have charged from you (online payment) or will charge from you at the time of sample collection (cash on collection).

There are NO HIDDEN CHARGES LEVIED BY Northstar Pathology labs.
